After contending with a life threatening illness at just the age of 17 back in 2007 I realised what an integral part my mindset played in my healing process.
One thing I see a lot now is people promoting positive thinking without actually giving you the tools to bring it to fruition. It’s easy to just say think positive but the fact is when we are going through tough times being positive is the furthest thing from our minds. It's about resetting the mindset and getting rid of years of bad habits, teaching and programming.
Now I’m not going to tell you it’s easy because it requires a lot of consistent work emotionally and having the ability to be ready to change your current mind habits.
